- Have your child trace the order by finger first.
- Provide a selection of writing tools, such as colored chalk or pencils, markers, and crayons, to keep the activities engaging.
- Be sure your child holds the pencil in his or her dominant hand.
- Encourage your child to say the numbers aloud as he or she connects the dots.
